Description:

This training provides an overview of the CLASS measure in preparation for your CLASS assessment.

Objectives:

To introduce the three CLASS domains of Emotional Support, Classroom Organization, and Instructional Support.
To discuss and explore all CLASS dimensions as it relates to the Pre-K measure primarily, but with some reflection on the Infant and Toddler measures as required.
To strengthen Teacher understanding of CLASS interactions and deepen their practice of the same.
To enhance Teacher’s implementation of CLASS interactions not only for the purposes of annual assessment but to facilitate better experiences and outcomes for children.

Please Note:

Please be prepared to arrive on time and stay until the end of the training. This is an in-person training session therefore active participation in discussions and activities is required. Participants are required to complete & submit the training evaluation form before a certificate is issued. Partial in-service hours will not be awarded.
